You can request a return or refund within 30 days after the date of delivery.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking number.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.


7. Return Shipping Insurance (If Purchased)

If you added Return Shipping Insurance at checkout:

  • The insurance covers return shipping costs for eligible return requests.

  • You will receive a prepaid return label or direct reimbursement of your return shipping fee.

  • The insurance fee is non-refundable, even if the item itself is refunded.

  • Insurance provides priority review and faster processing for your return claim.

If you did not purchase return insurance, normal return shipping rules apply.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
